Erase your iPhone and restore from the iCloud backup when prompted.Tap on iCloud Backup > Back Up Now to perform a manual backup. Toggle on Contacts so that it is backing up your contacts.This allows you to undo any recent deletions or changes. If you use iCloud to back up your iPhone, you may be able to restore a previous version of your contacts from a backup. Tap on any contact you want to restore, then tap Recover at the bottom to move it back to your address book. You should see a list of any contacts that have been recently deleted. Scroll down and tap on Recently Deleted.This acts like a recycle bin that holds contacts for up to 30 days after they are deleted. If you use an iPhone, your contacts may still be available in the “Recently Deleted” folder.
